Description
Watercolor or popular as well as Aquarel is the medium of painting using pigments with the water solvent with transparent properties. Although the medium surface can vary, typically used is paper. Besides it can also papyrus, leather, cloth, wood, or canvas. In general, the watercolor is used because of the nature of transparency. Gouache is a water diluent medium which is not transparent but is closing. The work of watercolor paintings are usually very expressive, or otherwise very impressive, depending on the techniques used.
