Description
Acceso al área de clientes Mi Pepephone adaptado para terminales móviles con sistema operativo Android. Con la aplicación oficial de Pepephone dispondrás de las siguientes
funcionalidades:
- Acceso seguro con usuario y clave de Mi Pepephone.
- Acceso con huella en dispositivos que lo permitan (Android 6.0 o superior).
- Acceso a información de cualquier línea asociada al cliente.
- Selección de línea habitual.
- Consulta rápida de minutos y MB consumidos vs contratados.
- Consulta consumo actualizado en tiempo real de telefonía: llamadas y SMS
- Consultar el detalle de consumo de llamadas y SMS (seleccionable por mes): agregado por tipo de llamadas y gráfico de consumo diario seleccionable por mes.
- Comprobar el detalle de llamadas agrupado por día vinculado con la agenda del terminal.
- Consultar el consumo resumido y actualizado en tiempo real de consumo de Internet.
- Comprobar el detalle de consumo de Internet (seleccionable por mes): agregado por tipo de consumo (nacional y roaming) y gráfico de consumo diario.
- Descargar facturas en PDF, con opción a enviarlas desde la aplicación. Mantén pulsado un par de segundos la factura que desees para ver las opciones disponibles. Para
visualizar las facturas en tu dispositivo debes tener instalado un visor de PDF (como Acrobat Reader, por ejemplo).
- Visualización de los datos asociados a cada línea (titular, alias de la línea, tarifa de telefonía/Internet contratadas, cuenta bancaria asociada).
- Consultar avisos de consumo establecidos en Mi Pepephone.
- Comprobar el estado del servicio de Roaming (así como habilitar / deshabilitar el servicio).
**** Si al descargar la factura visualizas el siguiente mensaje "Formato no válido" mantén pulsada esa factura, selecciona borrar y vuelve a descargarla ****
Explicación de los permisos que requiere la aplicación:
LLAMAR DIRECTAMENTE A NÚMEROS DE TELÉFONO
-> En el detalle de llamadas haciendo click sobre cada llamada podrás llamar a ese contacto pero la llamada no se iniciará automaticamente, se abrirá la aplicación del
teléfono con el número de ese contacto precargado para que le des a "Llamar" cuando quieras.
ACCESO ÍNTEGRO A INTERNET
-> Hace falta para acceder a los datos de Mi Pepephone.
LEER DATOS DE CONTACTO
-> Hace falta para que en el detalle de llamadas se puedan mostrar los nombres de tus contactos en vez de simplemente el número de teléfono.
MODIFICAR O ELIMINAR EL CONTENIDO DEL ALMACENAMIENTO USB O MODIFICAR O ELIMINAR EL CONTENIDO DE LA TARJETA SD
-> Las facturas son descargadas en la tarjeta SD, por esto es necesario este permiso.
VER ESTADO DE LA RED
-> Hace falta para comprobar que el teléfono tiene conexión antes de hacer las peticiones a Mi Pepephone.
