login unless the current day matches the 'allowed days', so that users were unable modify their settings in these 'blocked days', however they can access if current day matches
the 'allowed days'. Purpose of Self-Control is to prevent users to change any of their settings within limited-days, so they were self-controlled. 15th day of each month is
'Allowed Day' regardless of any settings.
